Our company is committed to providing clean energy through the development of Wind and Solar projects with the vision to integrate our company and projects within each community.

Mission

Saturn Power Inc. is a developer of Wind and Solar projects in Ontario. By being sensitive and responsive to the needs of our customers, colleagues, the public and maintaining a healthy relationship with our environment we hope to be perceived as being accountable and providing value to the communities we live and work in.

 Essential to our success will be our adherence to the principles of:

•    view to the long term as opposed to short term expediency 

Since the launch of the Standard Offer Program (RESOP) in late 2006, Saturn Power has concentrated on small wind projects in Chatham Kent and on multiple solar sites in eastern Ontario. Our company has been active in all areas of project development including:

•    Identifying potential sites
•    Working with Hydro One to acquire connection agreements
•    Fostering community support
•    Working with local municipalities on requirements
•    Equipment and supplier relationships
•    Assessing the wind or solar resource
•    Negotiating land agreements
•    Structuring financing
•    Managing construction
•    Project commissioning
